Return Process

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Place the items in their original Summit Metals packaging, ensuring all security tags remain intact and the jewelry is securely cushioned.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5 business days.
