Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the US takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
Can I wear my jewelry in the water?
Most of our collections are water-resistant and sweat-proof. However, to maintain the long-term luster of gold-plated items, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to chlorine or salt water.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless they arrive damaged.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, every Summit Metals piece comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental breakage or normal wear and tear.
